The Easy-Laser® XT770 performs shaft alignment of horizontal and vertically/flange mounted machines. It can also measure machine trains, measure base twist, soft foot, bearing clearance and more. The 2 axis PSDs (position sensitive detectors) permit adjustment of your machine. Both vertical and horizontal corrections can be done at the same time with measuring units in any position. This is called 360Live. The EasyTrend program allows you to keep track of machine movement over time. This is useful when checking for thermal expansion and pipe strain issues for example. Basic Flatness and Cardan Shaft applications are standard.
With the XT770 you have existing advanced measurement methods such as Continuous Sweep and Multipoint. These are standard together with the traditional Easy-Turn and 9-12-3 methods – allowing for maximum flexibility during measurements.
The Easy-Laser® XT770 builds on our ground- breaking cross-platform technology. You can use your own iOS/Android smart phone or tablet as a display unit or purchase our watertight, rugged XT11 Display unit. Or why not do both since the full functionality App is a free download.

XT280 Vibration Probe
The XT280 automatically performs vibration analysis functions based on machine running speed. This helps to diagnose faults such as unbalance, misalignment and looseness. The direct readout of 1x, 2x, 3x RPM and total level as well as bearing condition provides important information during installation and alignment. The XT280 can show a Spectrum on the device itself and it is able to connect to the XT Alignment App on your phone, tablet or the XT11 display unit. Therefore making it possible to document the result and generate a report.
