Vibration Sensors

Our CTC range of vibration products offers the widest variety of vibration monitoring hardware products which are compatible with data collectors and online condition monitoring systems. Every accelerometer, 4 -20mA vibration transmitter, cables, connectors and accessories are designed and tested to meet the real world demands of the plant environment.

The range also includes Intrinsically Safe sensors, industry standard prox probe systems, tools for installation and junction boxes. All vibration monitoring systems are backed by the industry’s best warranty. We will repair or replace any of our CTC products under warranty so long as the product was not subjected to misuse, neglect, natural disasters, improper installation or modification which caused the defect.

All our loop powered probes conform to a lifetime warranty on material and workmanship. It features the same build and quality characteristics as the accelerometers.

We supply a complete line of shear mode, low noise vibration sensors for use in harsh environments. Our CTC vibration sensors feature an all welded construction with hermetically sealed glass to metal connectors. It also features an integral cable option to ensure survival in coolants, caustic spray or submersible applications. All sensors are supplied with an NIST traceable calibration certificate from the ISO 9001 certified factory. All products feature a lifetime unconditional warranty.
