CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

"Technical and after-sales support is very important to us. Engineering Dynamics displayed a broad knowledge of the product, and ensured that we had easy access to any parts. After staff members from Engineering Dynamics arrived on-site to provide necessary training, the system was widely accepted as being easy to learn and to operate. We are happy with the excellent support and service that we have received from Engineering Dynamics, and I would not hesitate to approach them for assistance in a future project. "

Emonitor Software

Emonitor Software Product Enquire

The Emonitor suite of vibration condition monitoring products is one of the leading vibration condition monitoring systems in the industry. By incorporating multiple data sources, such as online vibration systems, hand-held data collectors and OPC servers, Emonitor can easily present a complete picture of the state of your machinery.

Adding to that vast source of data is a collection of analysis tools that include statistical-based alarms and rule-based logic that allow you to quickly identify problem areas among large amounts of data. By identifying those areas, you can begin the corrective actions and increase your productive uptime quickly and efficiently.

VM41 10 Channel Vibration Monitor

VM41 10 Channel Vibration Monitor Product Enquire

Features:
  • Analysis output
  • mA output (RMS)
  • Independent alarm and trip relay functions
  • Power supply 24VDC, 110VAC and 220VAC Common power unit for all channels
  • Channel switch and a digital display for alarm and overall vibration level of the selected channel

The VM41 is a ten channel vibration monitoring system and features a 0/4 - 20mA output as well as a buffered or “analysis” output for each channel monitored. The analysis output signal is in velocity but can be modified to acceleration. The alarm and mA signal is measured in velocity. The velocity signal can be amplified in 3 selectable ranges – 10, 25 and 100mm/s corresponding to 100% full scale. The signal is then converted to an RMS value. This DC-level is compared with the alarm level. If the RMS level is higher than the alarm level, a LED lamp is lit. If the RMS level has been higher during the whole selected delay time, the relay is changing. The RMS level is converted to a corresponding current output selectable between 0-20mA or 4-20mA. This signal is available on the card connector for connection to other instruments or data logger.

Features:
  • Selectable low frequency range
  • Selectable measuring range
  • 2 Alarm levels with relays
  • Selectable time delay
Model Generic Outputs:
  • Analysis signal
  • mA output (RMS)
  • Relays
The VM42F-T includes the following additional Outputs:
  • 1 or 2 channels
  • Selectable lens colour
  • Built-in display
  • Selectable sound outputs and Volume control
  • 3 sound level

The VM42 F-T is a Machine Vibration Monitor available in One or Two channel configurations. Transducers are connected to the VM42 via a terminal block. A Buffered output signal is available at the front panel BNC connector and on terminals for further analysis for all channels.

This signal can be amplified in 2 selectable ranges 0-10 and 0-100 mm/s. The signal is converted to an RMS value. This DC-level is compared with the alarm levels. If the RMS level is higher than the alarm level a LED lamp is lit. If the RMS level stays higher than the alarm level during the whole selected delay time the relay is switched. The RMS level is converted to a corresponding current output selectable between 0-20mA or 4-20mA. This signal is available on terminals for connection to other instruments or data logger.
