Shaft Alignment
All parts included in the Easy Laser Shaft alignment systems are developed for rough use and to be easy to mount on the machines.
The rugged aluminum and stainless steel design guarantees stable measurement values and reliable alignment even in the harshest of environments. The versatile design tackles all types of measurements quickly and accurately. You can measure all types of rotating machines equally well, whatever their size and regardless of shaft diameter, with a measurement distance of up to 20 meters (D450 10 meters).As a user you are given step-by-step instructions on the display through the entire measurement procedure. Measurement values are displayed live, making it easy to adjust the machine to a correct position. The displayed resolution can be set as low as 0.001 mm.

Easy-Laser® E530 is a very powerful mid level laser shaft alignment system, with the ideal balance between performance and price. With the supplied barcode reader all the machine data is entered in one single operation and one can start measuring immediately. This laser alignment system is intuitive and easy to use regardless of prior knowledge. The shaft alignment system has a large 5.7", bright colour display that clearly guides step by step. The measuring units have TruePSD-technology which gives unlimited resolution. Twin laser beams, twin PSDs and twin inclinometers give you superb control of the measurement in all situations. This unit allows for wireless connection between measuring and the display unit. Expandability of the system to include a vibration probe and belt alignment capabilities make this unit unique in industry. The vibration measurements include overall vibration in 2 ranges in mm/s with ISO10816-1 alarm limits already programmed as well bearing condition in g’s. Results are included in the PDF ready report together with the pulley alignment results.

The measurement system for all stages of machine set-up
Easy-Laser® E710 gives you all the functions for shaft alignment plus the opportunity to check the machine base and any bearing play using the standard equipment! Programs for soft foot checks, vertical/flange mounted and cardan/off set mounted* machines are also included. Using accessories you can also align sheaves/pulleys with digital precision and check vibration levels. No other system on the market can off er this flexibility! Large, clear colour screen, wireless measuring units (included as standard), long operating life and robust design give a measurement system that is both reliable and easy to use. One new feature is the barcode reader*, which enters the machine dimensions with literally one swipe! The measurement values can be registered with only 40° rotation of the shafts. You then align the machine ”live” using the measuring units in any position around the shaft. The display unit program is available in several different languages which facilitates use; English, Spanish, German, French, Chinese, Portuguese, Swedish. Our unique Endurio™ power management system gives up to 30 hours of operating time for the display unit. Expandable for more measurement applications.

Simple but powerful.
This is the perfect system for those who only have horizontal machines to align. Despite it being our simplest system, it has the same power and expandability possibilities as our more advanced systems, D505 and D525. In addition to the Horizontal program, the Soft foot program, Thermal growth compensation and Tolerance check are also included. Functions that otherwise are only available in more expensive systems. When measurement is complete, you can save the result in the display unit, print it out* or transfer it to a PC. Typical applications are pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
