Motor circuit analysis can be used as a complimentary or stand-alone service using specialized motor circuit analysis tools and equipment to detect problems in motors. During a motor circuit analysis test, we analyze data, define problems and isolate the root cause of each potential motor failure. We believe there are essentially 6 fault areas that need to be investigated for each motor. Tests are conducted from the switch room under load conditions and will not interfere with operations or cause trips and delays. When this motor circuit analysis technique is used in conjunction with vibration and Infra-red analysis, virtually all potential problems are covered.
